Each month from October through March, the high school offers a Visitor Morning to interested students and their parents, offering a chance to meet teachers and see high school classes in action. An information packet is available for visitors who are interested in learning more.

Students are welcomed into main lesson and track classes, this offers the opportunity to mingle with students, join students during snack and lunch, and sit in on various track classes. Prospective students are paired with a shadow buddy who will guide them to each class and answer questions. Come shadow and visit our High School!

The high school faculty will review your application and request an interview. After the interview with the potential student and his or her parent(s), the faculty will meet to decide whether to accept the applicant and inform the parent(s) of their decision. If accepted, parent(s) should inform the Admissions Coordinator whether they intend to enroll their son or daughter at the SFWS High School.
Upon mutual acceptance, the high school business office will send out a contract, invoice, and various forms for completion, including an application for a tuition plan managed by the SMART Tuition Management Service. This plan is required for anyone not prepaying the full amount of the tuition and fees. Students are admitted when all forms and required fees are paid.
