Early Childhood Program

The Santa Fe Waldorf Preschool and Kindergarten are a bridge between a child's first years at home and the forthcoming years at school. Waldorf education allows children to cross this bridge at his or her own pace. Central to our early childhood program is play-based education that nurtures the children in body, mind and soul. Celebrating traditional festivals throughout the year are also an integral part of Waldorf education. The whole spectrum of preschool and kindergarten activities contributes to an enthusiasm for learning, which is later transformed into clear, practical and creative thinking.
