Santa Fe Waldorf High School welcomes you to join our High School Open Morning. Parents are welcome to visit Main Lesson and 1st Period classes in the morning and then chat with teachers and administrative members during snack.
Every year the SFWS holds a Holiday Faire to celebrate the holiday season with the school community and the wider community. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy holiday activities such as making season craft items, playing games of chance or skill, shopping for holiday gifts at the Artisans Market, and enjoying a meal or a cup of freshly pressed apple cider with their children and friends.
Prospective families entering Pre-K through Grade 8 are invited to visit and tour our school.
The Santa Fe Waldorf School Board of Trustees meets bi-monthly and is composed of parents, faculty, staff and community members interested in supporting the strategic and financial aims of the school. Board meetings are closed, but a short summary of Board activity will be provided to the school community within two weeks of each meeting. For more information about the Board of Trustees, or to contact the Board, please visit the GOVERNANCE page of our website.
The story of St. Martin, who shared his cloak with a poor man, has inspired the tradition of a lantern walk, the sharing of lantern songs, a simple treat, and warmth with friends. Students in Early Childhood through Grade 2 make lanterns in their classrooms and join their families on an evening lantern walk.
EC Lantern Walk begins at 5:45 pm and Grades 1 and 2 begin at 6:15 pm.
Location: Lower School Campus
