Introduction to Eurythmy

Eurythmy is an art of movement born out of the inner being of man. It is speech and music made visible through the whole human being: body, soul, and spirit.

All are invited to an introduction to this young art of movement as well as to some active exploring* of its basic elements in the realm of speech as well as music.

The instructor, Anne-Meike Gassmeyer, hopes to offer a beginning understanding through experience and welcomes any questions that you might have or that might arise in working together.

Location: Hooper Hall Movement Room

*If you are unable to participate in moving, but would still love to come, please feel free to do so. Also, if you have gymnastic or soft shoes, please bring them. We have some shoes available but might not have all sizes. Otherwise barefoot is fine too.
