Location & Pick-up/Drop-off
While the camp program utilizes many of the buildings and outdoor spaces on the school's wooded 13-acre campus, it uses the high school building as its primary space. Pick-up and drop-off both occur at the high school building, accessed by making an immediate left at the driveway entrance and parking in one of the two available parking lots. All children must be signed in and out each day by an authorized adult.
Snacks & Lunch
All campers are to arrive at camp each day with a healthy lunch, full water bottle and two snacks in a bag or basket clearly marked with the camper's name. Perishable food items should be stored with an ice pack in an insulated bag. Sodas and candy are not allowed at camp. While some camp weeks may include preparing and enjoying foods as part of the curriculum these are not to take the place of snacks and lunch from home. Parents must indicate any camper food allergies and/or sensitivities during the registration process. Please note that the Santa Fe Waldorf School is a peanut-free campus due to life-threatening allergies to peanuts among our school community. No snacks or lunch items containing peanuts are allowed on campus at any time.
All campers receive an awesome Santa Fe Waldorf School Summer Camps t-shirt on their first day of camp! Campers are encouraged to wear their camp t-shirt each day and parents are asked to indicate their child's t-shirt size during registration.

June 4-8 | Camp Week 1
Dive into discoveries about different famous artists while nurturing your own creativity! We’ll move muscles, play music, and create unique artworks from new materials every day. An epic art history lesson through hands-on activities awaits; with the overall aim of helping every camper realize that art is a matter of the heart.
June 11-15 | Camp Week 2
Travel the World in Five Days!
World-traveling counselors take campers on a week-long journey to discover new territory. Learn more about three different countries - Nepal, Mexico, Peru - through explorations of geography, culture, festivals, games, art and by cooking amazing food!
August 6-10 | Camp Week 3
Fantastic Fiber Fun
Through exciting hands-on activities campers learn the ins and outs of fiber. From natural indigo dying to felting and knitting, we’ll explore the culture and story of cloth with the greater message that it takes many small threads to create a strong community.
August 13-17 | Camp Week 4
Repurpose, Reimagine and Recycle
What inspirations are waiting to be awakened from a wide variety of materials too exciting to recycle just yet? Learn about sustainability, our fragile environment and how to create art from just about anything! Bring interesting (or not so interesting) recyclables and we’ll build a wonderful week of turning well-known objects into beautiful creations.
