Conducted by experienced Waldorf parent Erin O’Neill, classes include creative free play, early socialization, fresh ideas for parenting, plus songs and games that delight children and caregivers alike.

Morning Glory Classes

Toddlers from ages 1-3 years and their parents and caregivers are welcome.

 

Encouraging Warmth and Beauty

In the Morning Glory class, caregivers and their small children are invited to spend time each week in the warmth and beauty of our Waldorf “home.”

Together families relax into the gentle rhythms of the morning as we enjoy creative play, adult handwork projects, interactive seasonal circle time with songs and rhymes in English and Spanish, followed by a delicious organic snack and outdoor time.

Caregivers get a chance to connect through discussions that explore joyful ways of guiding the young child with warmth and understanding. Both adult and child will be nurtured by the joy of community, creativity and connection inspiring an enriching, joyful home life for all.

Cost: $220 (per 10-week session) 
Includes daily snack, crafting and reading materials.

Dates:
Mondays | September 16-November 18, 2019 or
Thursdays | September 19-November 21, 2019

Sweet Pea Classes

Nurturing Imagination and Creativity

The Sweet Pea class is designed for children 3-5 years old and their caregivers who are seeking experiences that nourish the senses and warm the soul. This magical experience is a continuation of the Morning Glory class, created to meet the growing imagination and capacities of the blossoming young child and inspire caregivers who grow with them through cultivating healthy rhythms and reverent rituals that can be woven into everyday life.

In the Sweet Pea class, caregivers and children relax into the gentle rhythms of the morning through creative play, seasonal handwork projects, baking, storytelling and puppet shows, and interactive seasonal circle time with songs and rhymes in English and Spanish followed by a delicious organic snack and outdoor time. Both adult and child will be nurtured by the joy of community, creativity, and connection that will enrich life at home and help bridge the transition from home to school life in the years ahead.

Registration Information

  • Cancellations need to be made 10 business days prior to the start of the class or a 20% cancellation fee will be incurred

  • A pro-rated refund will be given for withdrawals before the second week of the program only

  • We do not offer make-up classes but you can make up missed classes by making arrangements with the teacher to attend other classes offered during the week

  • Sibling discounts are available. Please contact Miss Erin for more information.

  • If you have children that would fit into different age groups, please contact Miss Erin directly to find the right class fit for your family

  • Siblings under 1 yr are welcome and free

About the teacher

Erin O’Neill is a Waldorf-inspired mother of three who brings the beauty of song, storytelling, puppetry, and the natural world to her family and extended community. She understands the transformative journey both parent and child are on in the early years and has gathered a basket full of skills for nurturing well being along the way. A master cultivator and garden teacher in Santa Fe for the last twenty years, Erin now loves to help families thrive and bloom.
